The very sturdy steel bracket is powder coated in matte black.
A variety of spacer sleeves and screws in inches to fit Harley Davidson are included. Assembly is easy and self-explanatory.
I recommend this bracket for Softail models with shortened tail. Possibly also possible with side number plate. Please take the dimensions from the pictures when mounted.

To fit a side case, the case must be stopped and holes drilled through the back of the bag. Make sure that there is enough space for the pillion footrest and that the bag has enough clearance when bouncing.
